About BPWM

Blue Pacific Wealth Management (BPWM) acts as a fiduciary and provides personalized financial planning, retirement planning, portfolio management, investment advisory and access to institutional investment funds.  Bryan Bourgeois, Principal and Chief Investment Officer of the firm, also runs a Long/Short Global Macro Hedge Fund for accredited investors that seeks to deliver strong returns in both up and down markets while maintaining high risk-adjusted return framework. The firm constructs and manages financial plans and investment portfolios for individual investors, accredited investors, trusts, estates, charitable organizations, retirement and profit-sharing plans, pensions, businesses, entities, and closely-held partnerships.    Initial individual accounts typically range above $500,000 – $1,000,000+. BPWM charges a competitive quarterly advisory for financial planning and portfolio management services.

BPWM provides investment management services through third-party custodians.  The firm’s primary custodian for brokerage services is TD Institutional. BPWM does not act as a custodian of client assets and the client always maintains asset control.  Client assets and accounts are not “pooled” into one portfolio or fund. Each account remains unique and separated from other client accounts. The advisor has access to a master account advisor portal through the custodians.  BPWM is a fee-only investment management and financial planning firm. The firm does not sell securities on a commission basis. BPWM does not act as a sponsor and does not provide wrap-fee programs.

BPWM has the discretion on client accounts and places trades for clients under a limited power of attorney.  Clients do have the option of choosing to have their investment managed on a discretionary or non-discretionary basis.

Other professionals (e.g., lawyers, accountants, tax attorneys, estate planning attorneys, etc.) are engaged directly by the client on an as-needed basis.
